Through my unique programs and coaching I have been combining archetypes, shamanism and quantum healing.

In this module, you’ll learn how important the 4 Self Esteem Archetypes are.
- Discover the Sovereign, Warrior, Alchemist and Lover Archetypes.
- Learn which of your Soul Esteem are your strengths and which are weaknesses. Journal through the exercises and discuss with the group.

The Child Archetype.
This is one of the most profound and transformational modules. It is the KEY to accessing and understanding your own Sovereign power.
- Learn about the 6 different Child Archetypes, their characteristics and light/shadow aspects.
- Learn which Child archetype you are but also diagnose your family and friends so you can understand them better.
- Deeply explore and understand how your triggers, expectations and fundamental needs are vital to not giving your power away. This is such a potent time for my clients.
The Victim Archetype.

- Understand this Archetype in a whole new way. Being a victim is often just looked by what others have done to us...but we look at all aspects.
- The Forgiveness Process I take you through is unique and beautiful. It is particularly powerful as a group to witness each others transformation and healing.
- Complete the journal exercises to acknowledge just how much has changes already as we reach the mid point of the course.
The Saboteur Archetype.
This module is a journey into the past as well as the present to look at your sabotaging patterns.
- You will truly learn the absolute vital need for a strong Alchemist as you complete this module.
- Complete the journal exercises to see what patterns are yours and which are inherited or taught. This is fascinating as a group because you will see and find comfort in each others stories/patterns.
- Discuss and implement alchemical tools for your Sabotaging patterns so you can create lasting change. Be supported in a group and cheer each others wins.
The Prostitute Archetype.
This module is so healing as you look within and explore how you love yourself and express your self worth.
- Learn about the Prostitute Archetype and truly understand the emotional and ENERGETICAL need for this Archetype to be healthy.
- Completely journal exercises which help you to see where you give your power away and where you don't feel worthy.
- Listen to 2 healing meditations and activations to help you through this module.
The Soul Esteem Formula.
In this module, we explore the energetical benefits of the 5 modules we have just journeyed through.
- Complete a final assessment of your beliefs, patterns and see how much you have changed. This is so powerful as a group and its always emotional for me to see the benefits.
